How do I transfer my old game to this account

I lost my status when I opened this it is starting me at level one. My previous account was opened with Facebook and I no longer have access to my Facebook account. Tell me there is some way to retrieve it please. I can still sign in to my old game on my old phone, but I only have 30 days and I have to finish up my trade-in. If I have to start over, I think I will just quit playing. If anyone else has had this problem please reach out and let me know how/if you were able to fix it.
