this afternoon, 100 gold bars disappeared from my game

Thanks for the feedback. We are not able to see individual player accounts.
Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
If your gold bars don't reappear after completing the above steps, please contact the Player Support Team so they can investigate what happened in your game. Be sure to include your User ID and device information.
