It's an end of episode level, so I assume it's a Midsummer Mahem one. Sorry but for Midsummer Meltdown levels there are no tips. Some of these levels are impossible to pass, so you will have to pay gold for extra moves, or play a UFO. I recommend waiting until you get three small clusters of toffee near the end, and play your UFO 3 moves from the end, in case you also need a lollipop. Check this thread:
