it’s happening repeatedly not reaching the third award by continuing ads , always go back to play without completing awards. Stupid!

So what exactly happens if you press "watch ad" on this screen? You don't get to see the ad? Or can you not press the purple tab at all? It sounds like you might have lost connection to the server in between ads maybe.
After pressing first 4 moves I pressed second but it’s back to play
