unable to progress as game announces the chocolate box with tick but just gets stuck.

I have the same issue cannot get past this screen to continue playing the game.
tried reinstalling game and starts ok until the account syncs but then the chocolate box pops back up again

So, I lost my phone,and in the old phone I played up to 17300 and more. Now I have a new phone, I logged in, it took me back to 12000 which is not very good. Please what can I do?
Everytime I open the game it gets stuck on this screen. It doesn't show an "X" to close the screen, and the "change task" doesn't do anything either. Any ideas? I've restarted my phone, force stopped the app, still nothing. The only thing I haven't done is uninstall and reinstall.
