I’ve won several prizes and made purchases but each time only part it shows up in my account. I’ve tried asking for a refund but that was only one instance. It would great to reach a human to look at my account / purchases / prizes 😩

If this happens a lot the lesson to be learned must be to stop making purchases in this app. It's a waste of your good money, especially if you find that you don't get what you thought you had paid for! It's very difficult to reach a human at King player support. If you have a genuine purchase issue though then a helpful AI can be just as good if not better. But yes, if this happens a lot stop buying. They don't deserve your money if they can't deliver the promised goods. You wouldn't do this if this was a real store. You'd go somewhere else.
