Boosters are stored locally on your device and do not transfer to a new device. This is in contrast to gold bars which are stored on your platform's servers. If you still have your old device and the game app has not been removed, you can use your boosters by playing on your old device. I hope that is the case, especially if you had a lot of boosters.
