Why aren't the rewards granted after watching the ads?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive rewards after watching Ads!

When that happens, the best way is to report the Ad(s) to King Player Support team directly from your game App by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the Account & Help button in the Settings window;
• Click on "Help Center" (just below to your game ID number);
• Now, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The second option you see will be about "Reporting an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
