Hello @maliksajid1982 and welcome to the community. Generally once you download the app and start to play the game guides players through the game and there is no need for instructions. The first 100 levels are training levels and show players how to play and what the boosters are for. Keep the gold bars the game gives you for later on, don't spend any of it. Replay levels that you fail on your first attempt as the early levels become easier to pass the more often you play them. What level are you at?

I can’t understand why King/Itunes can’t/won't fix the problem with in app purchases. I had numerous “standard” replies from the King experts and nothing works! The ability to purchase extra moves, etc has been down for months. If you can develop games why can’t you fix this! It was working fine for years!
