Hi, I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with level 16250. I certainly understand that Gold Bars can be helpful to overcome levels.
Keep in mind that you are very high in the adventure and the levels can become very challeging however I've taken a look at your account, and it seems that you have since passed that level - congratulations! I am sure it was not easy but I am confident you will continue to advance despite the challenges just as you have done so far.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
