why every time I leave the app the game closes?? It’s frustrating and I keep losing the super color bombs and my advantages!

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
If these steps do not solve your problem, I suggest you contact Player Support directly through your game's Settings menu. While logged into your game, tap on the "Settings" gear icon, then select "Help Center" and "Contact Us."
