Why the passed level cannot sync to other device ?

Hey there! I hope you're doing well.

I'm sorry to hear your progress isn't syncing properly between devices, despite you being logged in on the same account.

If the issue is happening on your iOS device, follow these steps:

• Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
• Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
• Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

Sign out of your Apple ID, please

• Here's how to do that:
• 1- Go to Settings > [your name].
• 2- Scroll down to the bottom.
• 3- Tap Sign Out.
• 4- Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off.
• 5- Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
• 6- Tap Sign Out.
• 7- Tap Sign Out again to confirm that you want to sign out of iCloud.
• When that's done,
• Restart your device
• Log back into your Apple ID
• Log back into your King Account in the game.

If the issue is on your Android device, follow these steps instead:

Close all apps and restart your device:

• You may need to tap Restart > Restart.
• Check and update your Android version and the game app
• Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
• Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
• If possible, log out from your account in the game.

Now, this next step is really important: I need you to log out from your Google Account: 

• Access your Google Play Store 
• Select your Profile picture in the top right corner 
• Tap on the account currently sign in or tap on the triangle icon next to it.  
• Tap on Manage accounts on this device
• Select the desired Google account and tap on Remove Account 

That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device which you can then easily re-add later from this screen. 

After you do that, would you be so kind as to:  

• Restart your device (turn it off for a few seconds and then back on) 
• Log back into your account in Google Play Store by following the above steps but this time adding your Google account back. 
• Update your game. You can check if yours is the latest version by searching for the game app in the Play Store. 
• Log back into your King account in the game.

To sync your Candy Crush Saga level progress across multiple devices, you need to save your game data to a King account or Facebook. By logging into the same account on different devices, your progress will be synchronized. If this not works Please email Player Support Team so they can take a look in your game.
