I'm sorry to hear your progress isn't syncing properly between devices, despite you being logged in on the same account.
If the issue is happening on your iOS device, follow these steps:
Sign out of your Apple ID, please
If the issue is on your Android device, follow these steps instead:
Close all apps and restart your device:
Now, this next step is really important: I need you to log out from your Google Account:
That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device which you can then easily re-add later from this screen.

Thanks for the feedback. To sync your Candy Crush Saga level progress across multiple devices, you need to save your game data to a King account or Facebook. By logging into the same account on different devices, your progress will be synchronized. If this not works Please email Player Support Team so they can take a look in your game.
