Why does my wrapped candy doesnt pop on double tap?

Hello @Candypopper This is not normal behaviour of the game Candy Crush. This feature does not exist in anyone else's game. Ask your friend if they have a different version of Candy Crush or if it is maybe a different app altogether and not even Candy Crush Saga.
A friend of mine wrapped candy explode by double tapping it. Likewise fish also doubles after double tapping one single fish. I dont have this feature.

Are you trying to use the wrapped lollipop hammer booster from your inventory of boosters, or are you double-tapping a wrapped candy on your game board?
f you start with a wrapped candy on your game board, you will need to match it with at least two other candies of the same color to make a match. When you make a wrapped candy as part of a match, it will first explode and knock out the nine candies surrounding it, and then it will drop and explode again, knocking out another nine candies the same way.
A wrapped lollipop hammer booster can be used to removing obstacles within their explosion area. You must first select the booster from your inventory and then tap on the area of the board where you want the booster's 3x3 explosion to occur.
