Failed a level because of no switches before game play?

I just lost a 30+ streak plus super charger on a level I couldn’t even play. Seems unfair? Is there any recourse here? As you can see there are a full amount of moves remaining. Literally did not even play - plus the add ons were timer/streak add ons over which I had no control???

I remember this happened to me as well on this level I think. There are a number of levels like this one. These levels are best played without boosters. If the game gives you 3 colour bombs for your win streak or you have timed colour bombs as starting booster as well these will block the spaces between the liquorice so no move is possible because we cannot hit a liquorice with a colour bomb. This has been reported many times in this community, but King do not change these levels despite our feedback.

Thank you for the feedback .unfortunately if you lose a level then we have to start from the beginning again or If you lose a level, while you're on a streak, you can choose to continue to play the level (and thus keep your streak) or to leave the level and lose your streak and associated rewards from the candy necklace.
