Hello @dan1963 I am sorry you got the wrong answer above due to you mentioning Sweet Cinema in your header.
Usually if you have a King Account you should be able to always retrieve it on this screen, by choosing the option at the bottom "log in with email":
If you have tried this and failed then please contact King Player Support. It is best to do this via the app in settings. Go to the Help Centre, scroll through the options there until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You could also try this link:
