I’ve lost several lives and boosters because the app keeps freezing. I’ve followed the protocol on other threads to ensure it doesn’t happened but it didn’t help. This is really unfortunate!

I appreciate the response. Yes, I ave tried and confirmed all of those points as this was recommended in a Reddit thread. Nothing seems to work. I have emailed King at that address. Still waiting for a response.
