How do I get past level 11540?

I have been on level 11540 for at least 30 tries but really a lot more! I have tried over and over and get down to 1 left. I googled to find hints to help me pass but when I look at the game face, they are shaped differently so I don't look at hint. Help!

I am sorry ot hear that you are having difficulties with level 11,540. I found that for this level it best helped me to focus on the stripped candy column. I made constant matches under it in order to get this special candy and then use its effect toward the giant toffee swirl.
