I found that if you always load the game using the Windows App for instance, you may be offerred to use Daily Treat Machine again on another platform like Android once you load it on that platform. But if you didn't loaded CCS in Android for a day but on that you did on Windows App, the next time you will load into CCS using Android you will while see that your streak count will be lowered, if you don't claim it and re-open it, while you will see the streak count not being lowered, you will notice that the machine won't be at its maximum level. If you let a day to pass and gives you the chance to use it again, streak count will be increased by 1 from the previous 30+ streak count but the treat machine won't be at maximum level.
The screenshot says it all. The background of the treat machine is the ones used for streak counts 25-29, and you will have fewer chances of 15min Unlimited lives, meaning you're at the streak count 25-29 Daily Treat Machine albeit with a higher streak count (65 in my case). Is there any ETA when this will be fixed.
