For your information @MountainMom : This is a recurring glitch which a lot players have reported and I myself have also encountered. It is not specific to any level but can occur on any level that has dragons. The end of level algorithm does not compute that the dragon was saved, as is clearly visible on the screenshot. This is a computer error at King's end and not related to our devices. Here is my example:

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data β your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
We will monitor to see if other players report the same glitch on level 6739.
