30 coins gone

Dear Candy Crush Support Team,

Today I received 30 coins, bringing my total to 38 coins. However, after starting a new game and attempting to pass the first level, I was unable to do so. When I returned to the game two hours later, I noticed that I had lost the 30 coins and was reverted back to the previous game state.

Could you please help me recover my coins and my levels

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game, or it can be caused by playing off-line due to an interruption in one's Internet connection. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:

- ensure you have a stable Internet connection

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)

- check for updates for your game app and run them

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
