hey all. I got infinite loop on this level and was not able to finish it. I had to fail it to continue and lost all my streaks. Can you please restore them for me? Thanks.
I understand how annoying this must be. I have seen this level occasionally glitching like this in the past but usually on a second attempt it should not happen and allow players to pass. I am sorry but even Player Support can't restore your win streak if you lose it for whatever reason. Our wins streaks are programmed automatically into the game and cannot be restored manually by any means.
I think the in game option to reach out to player support has been removed now. @PDasBD. Please check your programmed advice to adjust this. There is now a bot instead of the "contact us" option if you scroll through the options in the Help Centre. I do not yet know if this will work for this kind of query. I would also like to advise you that King Support do not restore any streaks.
I’m sorry that happened 😟. Unfortunately, players here can’t restore lost streaks—we’re just fellow players. Only King Support can check your game history and possibly restore your streak. Please reach out to them directly through the in-game Help/Support option. Hopefully they’ll fix it for you. 💙

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
