Why am I keep getting set back to the same level I just paid money to clear

Question

I'm on level 8,225 on Candy Crush Saga and it took me almost a week to even get through this level but I had to spend money on it and now it took me right back to that same level after I just spent money on it and cleared it and it took me a week to do this I want a refund or something I want something out of this I'm pissed off I'm sorry about my language but that is not cool is there anything you can do about this

II did did everything everybody suggested I turn my phone off and turn it back on I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it's still doing the same thing it don't make any sense I've been playing this game for 10 years off and on and I've never had this problem so it's not a glitch in my phone I've had the same phone I've had the same game I wonder if I'm going to get an answer back or something done about it please
