one of my cell phone missing of booster, before both of my lollipop hammer and free switch are over 100, but now I only have 46 lollipop hammer and 59 free switch, I don't know where they go. Can you help ?

Boosters are stored locally on your device. So, if you play on multiple devices, your inventory of boosters can be very different on the different devices.
If this explanation does not help, you might want to try the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
