No chocolate box event

I got my progress manually added after deleting the app accidentally, have all the event except the chocolate box which to me is the most useful, I don’t know how I even got connected to a real person to do this but I did, now I keep getting automated responses again and don’t know what to do about missing chocolate box.

Special events are not permanent features in the game. Many events, such as the chocolate box, are recurring features, but they can be replaced or temporarily unavailable. I encourage you to keep your game up-to-date and hopefully it will return to your game soon.

And it might be helpful to try the following standard troubleshooting steps:

- ensure you have a stable Internet connection

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)

- check for updates for your game app and run them

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
