We, in this Community, cannot resolve issues related to player purchases. So I encourage you to contact your bank or credit agency to refute the charge for the purchase you did not receive

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your purchase. Sometimes, it is helpful to wait a few minutes for your gold bars to arrive. Or it might be helpful to close your game and then reopen it (do NOT uninstall it). If your gold bars still do not appear, you will need to contact Player Support.
