Hello again @sodyka. The process for clearing game cache might differ depending on your device. I play on an Android mobile tablet. My path is shown beliw.
Settings → Apps → Candy Crush Saga → clear cache
Do NOT clear data. Your boosters are stored locally on your device, so they will be lost if you clear data.

Hello @sodyka! I am sorry you are having difficulty connecting to "shops" in 2 King games.
Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
