Hello,
I urgently need assistance regarding my Candy Crush account. After playing for over 10 years, I received a message that my account was permanently deleted under a “Right to Be Forgotten” request. However, I never made this request.
I contacted Support (Case #15829610), but I was told the deletion process cannot be reversed. This is extremely upsetting as I have invested years of progress into this account.
Since this deletion was not authorized by me, I am asking for escalation to King’s data recovery or compliance team. I am also requesting verification of how this deletion request was triggered without my consent.
This account is very important to me, and I would deeply appreciate if someone from the Community team could help escalate this case internally for urgent review.
