This may be a blessing. I would never recommend spending money on this game. If you want to see video adverts to get extra moves and boosters for free then you must never make a purchase with real money. However, if you are a rich person and have a lot of spare money to spend on Candy Crush (and it will become more and more the more you spend) then try to close the app, check your internet connection, and then reopen the app and play one old level to load the game and its events. If you can click on other players in the game and see their player cards load then you are connected to King's server and should be able to spend all your money if you wish.
Kindly help...not able to purchase gold bars saying due to connection issue not able to verify the transaction
