18561 is virtually impossible to pass even with the piñata so I googled it and it’s a completey different game 🤔 Is that fair? That one has chocolate and my one doesn’t
Thanks for taking the time to reply. The game has certainly felt different for quite a while now. If I had to identify a specific point, I would say that it was just before level 10,000. You are right about feeling that the only way to you could guarantee steady progress is via harvesting gold bars. If I ever look at some of the videos I simply can't conceive how people have accumulated such a high number of boosters. What am I missing? 🙂 I have always operated on a relatively low number and assume people have gained them all legitimately, but I have no idea how so many have done this.I like a mix of challenging levels, but not to an extent where the only way to progress is by buying it. I don't expect the company to make enjoyable content for free, and having only spent about £10 over circa 10 years - they have certainly provided excellent value. I think now though you feel if you spend money to pass one level - you know you will only hit another similarly horrendous wall a couple of levels further on.
Anyway, enough moaning. Are there any 'go-to' threads you recommend for general up-to-date chat on here now?
Hello and welcome back to the community. This place has changed a lot just like the game has changed and I don't know of anyone other than the Community Manager who might be able to help. There are some feedback threads for the latest release levels, but to be honest there is no point of giving any feedback because all these impossible levels are deliberately made impossible.
Candy Crush is now a gold budgeting game. It is no longer about specific levels, which are all now very similar and produced by an AI. The game is designed to be played by earning or buying gold bars and then spending those to buy extra moves to get past the impossible-to-pass levels.
The last two thousand levels of the game are the worst and this is also part of the game design: In these levels players will definitely need to spend more gold bars than they can earn through events. Therefore any player who approaches the last two thousand levels of the game without a healthy gold reserve will have to spend hundreds of real life dollars to reach the end of the map. Alternatively they would need to take a long break or quit.
Completely agree. The current layout of 18561 is impossible to complete if you have no gold bars to add a lot of extra moves at the end. I haven't posted here for a while, but is there a specific staff member to alert this issue to? There used to be a really helpful person called @LindQ but I think they have maybe moved on to a different role now. These impossible levels are very frustrating as you know it will be a long time before you are able to move on.
I have the same problem. Even with the “piñata” and it’s impossible. I google it and the same level is different. Why? And why is this level so hard? I think the levels should be able to be passed without investing ingots.
