What's wrong? I logged into FB today and my CC level has disappeared!

Question

I am being treated as if I am new, and am at level one!

Obviously, there's a  problem. I should be at level 4695 or above. I've been playing for years, and only one other time has this ever happened. And that time, the next day, my rightful playing level was restored.

I hope that happens this time, as I really really don't intend to start at level one again!
