After years of playing, you have removed all videos and other help from my game after I made the mistake of making a purchase. Please restore my account to add these helpful items back. Don't make excuses, people have posted about this for years.

You need to send your complaint to King, but there is no point as they will not reinstate your adverts for you. Once you make a purchase your adverts are gone for good.
