Facebook Progress not restore

hi,

My Facebook account progress wouldn’t be restore, I unistall my app to reinstall but when i want to connect my Facebook progress, I don’t get back my levels.

I don’t lost my ingots and my stats is normal.

If someone can help me for patch my problem.
