I paid two times to purchase gold bar. Amount deducted from by account but gold bar not received

Hello Kanaga213, You can get a refund if you use Google play or the apple store. Just contact them letting them know you did not receive the goods. They will refund your money easily. Facebook will also refund.
King won't do anything to make things right. They just take money; they never give it back. I have been cheated repeatedly by the game but still enjoy it, so I have mostly stopped buying anything from King. I used to give them $40 a month, but now I'm down to $10 (and still trying to get lower). They are quite stupid in how they do things there. If the game cheats paying customers out of their money, they will stop playing the game or make fewer purchases.
Actually, I am wrong in one regard: If you play CCS on Facebook, and you contact FB to ask for the refund, you may get it. However, that only works if you paid King through Facebook. If you simply didn't get all the gold bars the game promised you, FB isn't likely to ask King to refund you money because you didn't actually pay King anything. So if you are playing on Facebook, and you used FB's site to pay King money, but didn't get what you paid for, you should go ahead and ask FB for a refund. Go for it!
