Why all those Temu ads and the you lose game trying to get back to your current game. I have been ki

I have been kicked out of coin streaks because I could not get back to my game after the Temu ads…it does not close. It is frustrating to get that far and then get kicked out. Then sometimes the game goes blank and you have to start over. What is up with that..?

@PeeWee9, I share your frustration regarding glitches in Ads. The TEMU ads have been consistently faulty. I encourage you to report the specific ad that would not close to Player Support so this issue will continue to be investigated.

FYI - when I encounter an ad that will not close, I have tapped the "back" button on my device and been returned to my game. I might not get the reward I was hoping for, but I do not lose the level or a life. Maybe this will work for you the next time you encounter a faulty ad.

Hello @PeeWee9 what is up is that the issue of Temu adverts (and other brands) redirecting players' to a website has been reported to King. We are all now just waiting for King to fix the issue.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you though as adverts causing a blank screen has been an issue for four years now.

If you play on Android, like I do, you can sometimes get back to the game, and the reward, after being directed to Temu's website by pressing the back button.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
