Hello @Roberta2025 issues with adverts opening the brand's website instead of closing and providing a reward are already being investigated by King.
Until King fixes the issue all we can do is restart our games and carry on.
With the Temu adverts I have had good results by using the back button (on Android). Also I have found that not pressing the X as soon as it appears can some times help the advert work correctly.
