Hello @Pavithra_Anbarasu_1 In fact merging two accounts will lose you your gold bars as those are linked to the account in which they were earned. In contrast boosters are linked to the device on which they were gained.

If you start a new account at level 1 and then play a few episodes to gain gold you cannot take the gold with you when you then log into your existing account. I wonder if that is what you were trying to do, as this is the only way of deliberately "merging" accounts I can think of. If you do this you need to use the gold to buy boosters as you can take boosters with you when you log into your existing account.

Sorry to hear that @Pavithra_Anbarasu_1 , but there is nothing that anyone here can do about gold missing from your game. As this is a fan forum then everyone here is just a player of Candy Crush like you are.

All you can do is contact King Player Support using the Help function of your game.

Please note that if the gold you lost was all gained freely then it is highly unlikely that King will give you all of your gold back, if any.

If you purchased any of the gold that you lost then King will be more inclined to help.
