Hello everyone!
I have some suggestions that I have previously submitted to the game administrators.
I hope they will correct these errors and add more ease, fun, understanding, and simplification to this game for players from all over the world.
We have been enjoying this game daily for years, but we face some difficulties and don't understand how to discuss solutions.
For example, suggestions like:
First, that there be at least one person within the team of administrators and management who can respond to Arab players' questions in Arabic.
Isn't it the right of the Arabic language and Arab players to find someone who can answer their questions and understand what they want?
This would add more fun and simplification to the game for Arab players.

Second, why isn't there a dedicated room for players of each game and a community specifically for them that includes all the players' friends for each game?
There they can discuss and chat with each other in a simpler way, challenge each other, speak directly between all players and friends, and help each other directly.
Then the game would be much more exciting, beautiful, and wonderful.

Third, there isn't Organizing competitions for each game separately.
We don't know who the administrators for each game are.
We are forced to leave any inquiries or further discussion unanswered, as we don't know who the administrators are for each game, nor do we know which competitions are specific to which game. This is wrong and extremely frustrating.
There is no incentive, encouragement, support tools, or attractive prizes for further motivation.

I am saddened that we have been making efforts to enjoy this game for years, but I don't see any simplification or development to further motivate players to play and continue.
To the point that most players become frustrated at a certain point and find no one to motivate or encourage them to continue, they are forced to leave and abandon this game permanently after years of playing.
This is extremely sad.

I hope my comments will be taken into consideration and that they will be listened to and discussed.
I also call on all players to support these proposals so that we can all benefit from them.
