Request to Restore My Progress in Candy Crush Saga

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to request assistance with restoring my progress in Candy Crush Saga. I recently changed my phone, and after reinstalling the game and logging in, I noticed that my progress was lost, and I am no longer on the level I previously reached.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
