I followed the process to uninstall and install the app but I can’t retrieve my progress. I was past level 1080 when I suddenly deleted the app but now I logged back into my account and I am back at level 21. I don’t know if I’m missing something or what but I’m still trying to recover what was lost and I’m still struggling. This is unacceptable especially for a game that’s been out for so long and it’s still continues to be a problem. I’m writing this out of sympathy for the game developers as well as the players that if this is any indication as to how the devs think they can just make a mistake and not fix it then I am very disappointed in them. I never spent a dime of my money on this app and I am glad I didn’t spend my money on this piece of crap thank you for nothing and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day good riddance like, really?!
