I think you are having trouble moving candies on a board full of crystal candy? This screenshot may help. To move candies on such boards you can only move candies that are not covered by the ice layer. But you can move candies that are not covered into to ice. So you can move the toffee swirl down, and the orange candy to the right to make matches. This is illustrated by the arrows:

That video is laughable @kiara_wael ! Five minutes of pop-ups, a ton of boosters and then just one move and the level is over. What is the use of watching that to anyone?
And on top of that it's the wrong level!
