You've missed out the obvious one: Alien Invasion (and all the Volcano/Midsummer Mahem etc ones like it)!

I would vote to remove the super charger and the jelly fish. I hate them both as they have ruined the algorithms.
I love all of those. The one I most hate (assuming the bugs don't count, and assuming the badly-designed AI levels don't count) is clearly Don't Feed the Annoying Troll!
