I redeemed my play points for candy crush and never received an email regarding the $20 gift card. Is there an alternative method to finding/redeeming that gift card?
Thank you for the response, unfortunately I already attempted to retrieve the $20 via purchase in the game, and the funds weren't available. I see via my profile that the purchase was successful but I don't have the ability to redeem in app. At this point due to this issue I will refrain from buying products in the app moving forward :(
When you redeem your points it will automatically pop up when you go to Candy crush to make a purchase. When you click to buy the boosters or gold in game the Google points will show as a credit in the payment field. It will deduct the points from your payment. So if your purchase is 40 dollars it will show a balance of 20 dollars after your points.
The gift card isn't a gift card, it's a discount for an in-game purchase.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
