I don’t seem to be part of any race anymore and have lost access to the store to buy boosters

on the Stars Tournament after I win a level it is not adding the stars it keeps going to zero

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
However, events and features in our games can also temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are unable to add the feature back manually.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Are we still getting the 300 gold bars for finishing the event? I actually finished it and got a confirmation of obtaining the last tape but didn’t get it. It’s frustrating cause I bought stuffs to finish it on time and used a lot of bars as well for special candies.
