commericals to get boosters

After watching the commerical to get a booster to use in the game, then clicking the X, it doesn't let me finish the game and takes me back to the beginning of the game to start over,losing all my progress. TEMU is one of the worst!!! What can be done to stop this?

Thank you for your comment. Sad to say the back button shuts me down immediately where I have to sign in to Candy to start the game from the beginning.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game with video ads! We get lots of complaints about faulty ads, especially TEMU adWe have a process for reporting faulty ads to the Player Support team. Tap 👉HERE👈 for instructions on how to report an ad. The initial reply is always an automated response. You might be asked for more information and screenshots, so be sure to reply to the first message. Once you can see a ticket number in the title, you can be sure your issue has been assigned to a person. That person will refer the ad to the quality team who will review it and take appropriate actions as necessary.

FYI — I have sometimes been able to use the "back" button on my mobile device to exit an ad and be returned to my game. I may not get the reward for watching the ad, but the game is not closed. Maybe this will work for you, too.
