Issue with pins

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the pins in Candy Crush. In order to upgrade my main pin, the game tells me that I need to unlock new ones. However, it also says that I have already obtained everything, which is not true.

I have tried several solutions (uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in), but nothing worked. The game seems to be bugged, and this prevents me from progressing in the pin quest.
