To get your money back please contact the company which handles your credit card details and transactions, so that would be Apple going by your screenshot. King can only compensate gold bars or boosters and player support is so slow to answer queries I would recommend going straight for a refund for "purchases not received". Oh, and please remove that screenshot! This is an open forum and in fact you are displaying some credit card details to the whole world by posting this here, which is very worrying. Please tap on the little circle with the three dots top right of your post and edit the screenshot out.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
