Hi @Moklp I really wish I could solve a lot of problems we have in the game. But being as we are all players like yourself I'm afraid there's nothing we can do, including to give you adverts. So have you had adverts before and they have now stopped or have you never had any. Where are you playing from and what level are you on now. Also have you ever spent any real money to buy something in your game. Good luck with your game and I'll keep my 🤞you'll get adverts at some stage.

Hi @Moklp there are many like yourself not receiving advert videos. They are not a permanent feature in the game, they come and go and it's King who decides who gets them and when. Many players have said that once they spent real money to buy something in their game adverts stopped.
If you haven't spent any real money, hopefully you should get adverts back at some stage. Good luck with your game and hope to hear from you again 😏
