Gold Bars missing

A couple of nights ago I lost nearly 200 Gold Bars. At the same time, just over 100 lives also disappeared. I can't can't seem to find a way to report this to King Customer Support.

Do any of you have any ideas?

My Gold Bars are gone. I had approximately 170 saved?

I lost 500 yet customer service has no clue…A+++
