Cannot get into my account

I wrote you 4 times why don't you get back to me? I want to log in my king account. I got out of it cause I was sure I have my password but I didn't
the email associated to my account is no longer active so when I want to reset my password I cannot cause I can't get the email! It probably sent to my no longer active email (even though I entered my primary email) I am in level 6400!!! How can I log back into my account? please!!! They don't answer me and I just so saf

yesterday I tried chatting with them but obviously I couldn't so the automatic agent send me a ticket number but I didn't save it.. I'm just so sad.. I play this game for many years and now it feels like that everything is just lost… Thank you for understanding

Did they send you a ticket number? If you have a ticket number, maybe one of the moderators can look into it.

Is there another way to simply get a real person to fix that problem other then write them in the contact page? I spent years playing this game and now it seemed lost for me it's not fair

You need to reply to the automatic annoying emails and let them know the problem is not fixed. That should get you a real person. In the community, we are all just players like you.

You need to reply to the automatic annoying emails and let them know the problem is not fixed. That should get you a real person. In the community, we are all just players like you.

why is it that even though my friends are online on Facebook and on the game, when I ask for lives they don’t recieve the requests instantly? Is there some kind of lag between asking for help and them receiving the requests? Would like to know if anyone else experiences this.
