Hello @slipknot227 I am afraid that kiara's answer is not relevant here because the envelope does not need an internet connection to work. Our lives from friends should be available offline, so that cannot be the issue. Please could you post a screenshot of you map screen to show what the envelope looks like on there. If you are playing on a new device your lives do not transfer, so that might be another reason you don't see them.
